Course Enrollment

After you have applied to the TLGC Program, you will need to enroll in courses. You must apply and be accepted to the graduate school of each university from which you plan to take online courses as a non-degree seeking or non-matriculating student.

Remember that you must complete four courses, with at least two being labeled as “Core Courses.”

To enroll for a TLGC Course:

1. Select a course from the Course Catalog.

2. Use the link on the course page and apply to the institution offering the course as a Non-Matriculating (or Non-Degree Seeking) Graduate Student. Contact the institution’s graduate admission office if you have questions or issues about enrolling in the institution. For additional information about registering at different universities, download Admission Help

3. Follow the course registration process for the institution. If you have questions, contact the university registrar or the course instructor.

4. Log in and report your course registration.

5. After completion of each course, report your grades.

6. After completion of each course, please complete the course evaluation.

7. Once you have completed four TLGC courses, have the official transcripts sent to the TLGC Program Coordinator and email the TLGC Program Coordinator with your name, courses completed and a physical address to which the certificate will be mailed.

If you have questions as you go through the course enrollment process, contact the TLGC Program Coordinator or the Graduate Admissions Office of the institution to which you are applying.
