The TLGC program provides an opportunity for practicing professionals to take individual graduate-level courses from some of the country’s finest transportation graduate programs without having to enroll in a full-time program to continue their education. An excellent option for professional development, continuing education, workforce development, or advanced training, let the TLGC pave the way to the next step in your career!

Applying for the TLGC Program is just a few simple steps:

1. Apply Online. (Note: Simply providing your information in the application does not require you to pay the registration fee.)

2. Pay the Registration Fee

3. Submit Official Bachelor Degree Transcript by Mail to

4. Log In to Your Account.
Allow 48 hours after your transcripts have been received for your account to be activated. It typically takes 7-10 business days for the TLGC Program Coordinator to receive your transcript after it is requested from your university. Please note that you will not be able to log into your account until it is activated.

5. Register for classes from the Course Catalog.
Follow the Course Enrollment procedure.

6. Report your grades by sending your official transcript from the course(s) to the TLGC Program Coordinator.

Participants must apply and be accepted into each institution’s graduate school before registering for a graduate course. Registering for the Transportation Leadership Graduate Certificate does not guarantee you will be accepted into any of the partnering institution’s graduate schools.
